Job Title: Production Assembler

SUMMARY
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce electronic scoreboard assemblies by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Places parts in specified relationship to each other.

Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together.

Tends machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.

Works at different work stations as production needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to understand instructions and convey questions in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Must be able to use a ruler effectively.

REASONING ABILITY Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions and use them to complete a task.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to lift 25lbs and work with very small parts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Factory setting.
