Eversan Warranty

eversanwarrantyEquipment will be free from defects, in materials (excluding LED’s) and in workmanship, that prevent the equipment from functioning for its intended use for a period of five years from the date of original invoice. Purchasing additional parts and/or equipment does not extend this warranty.

Limited warranty LED’s: Eversan has no duty or liability for partial LED pixel degradation or those LED’s that cease to emit light.

Any parts preventing proper performance of the equipment should be returned to Eversan. Eversan will repair or replace the equipment, at their option, and return to the purchaser. The equipment will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period.

Replacement parts or equipment will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or equipment.

This warranty does not provide for an alternative system of communication during the repair or replacement period, including but not limited to, wireless systems, wire, fiber optic cable, conduit, or trenching.

Warranty is not transferable.

Excluded from Warranty Coverage

Damage caused by the unauthorized adjustment or repair of the equipment by anyone other than personnel of Eversan or its authorized agents.

Damage caused by neglect or misuse, electrical power surges or failures, or the failure to provide a consistently suitable environment, or cause other than ordinary use.

Damage caused by any natural disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, water, wind, lightning, vandalism or any cause beyond Eversan’s reasonable control.

Any statements made about the product by salesmen, dealers, distributors, or agents, unless in writing and signed by an officer of Eversan.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eversan be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages in any way connected to the Equipment, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, down time, lost data, or injury to property, or any damages or sums paid by the Purchaser to third parties.
